All of our products are shipped from the Philippines unless stated otherwise. For international shipping, we use Fedex or DHL for heavy and bulky items to ensure the safe delivery of our products. Small and light items can be shipped via PhlPost.
For local shipping, we use LBC, GogoExpress and express delivery services such as Grab, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy
Shipping costs vary depending on the product and location that is why we will charge the shipping cost when the items are ready to ship. However, we will soon establish standardized shipping rates that will be automatically computed upon checkout.
Although we make sure that we only send packages that are mint condition, some things can still happen while the product is being shipped to you. In case of damages, missing parts, or lost packages, kindly send an email to deskdailyco@gmail.com and provide as much information and images as possible.
As of the moment, our products are offered as "Groupbuy" items. Groupbuy items are manufactured only after we receive the payment from our customers. Lead times vary from product to product and you can see this on the description of each item.
As of the moment, we only accept Paypal for international customers. For local customers, payments can be sent via Bank Transfer or GCash.
